  • No. FLEX developers work on an hourly, part-time or project basis. You book the expertise you need for the period you need it, and we handle the contract, payroll and admin behind it.

  • Yes — that is the point of the model. Move from 10 to 30 hours a week (or back) with a week's notice, add a second specialist for a sprint, or pause between phases.

  • You pay a fixed hourly rate that depends on seniority and stack, billed monthly for the hours actually booked. Recruiting, HR and back office are included — there is no second line on the invoice.
