{01}Our commitment

Holol Alghad is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. This statement sets out the level of conformance of this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, based on a formal accessibility audit carried out in September 2026.

Accessibility is part of how we build rather than a review at the end: contrast and type scale are fixed in the design system, components ship with keyboard and screen-reader behaviour, and copy is written to be read aloud.

{02}Measures to support accessibility

We take the following measures to keep this site accessible.

• Accessibility is named in our service standards and in every design and engineering ticket.
• Continual accessibility training for designers, engineers and content authors.
• People with disabilities are represented in our design personas and in user testing.
• Automated checks in the build (axe, Lighthouse) plus manual keyboard and screen-reader passes.
• An annual audit by our own accessibility consultants, with fixes tracked to closure.

{03}Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, at three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard; those parts are listed under limitations below.

This website is designed to be compatible with the following combinations.

• Firefox (current version) with NVDA on Windows 11
• Safari (current version) with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
• Chrome (current version) with TalkBack on Android 14 and later
• It may not work with browsers older than three major versions, or with assistive technology that no longer receives updates.

{07}Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts, some limitations remain. Below is a description of the ones we know about; we are working on each as part of our ongoing accessibility programme. If you meet a barrier that is not listed, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in an accessible format and investigate the issue.

• Decorative WebGL backgrounds: the animated filament graphics are not conveyed to assistive technology. Every piece of information they carry is also present in text, and they stop when the operating system requests reduced motion.
• Automatically moving content: some logo rows and marquees do not yet offer a visible pause control. They honour reduced-motion settings, and we are introducing explicit controls.
• Older PDF case studies: a small number are not tagged for screen readers. We supply an accessible version on request while we re-issue them.
• Form validation: on a few older forms, error messages are not fully associated with their fields programmatically. We are reviewing every form implementation to improve error identification.
• Third-party embeds: maps and video players follow their vendors' accessibility support, which we cannot fully control.

We are actively working to address the identified issues and improve conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA requirements. Accessibility improvements are implemented as part of the site's ongoing maintenance and development.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days and to propose a solution within ten. If you are not satisfied with our response, you are entitled to escalate the complaint to the relevant national authority.
